The Anti-Aging Revolution
Anti-Aging for Everyone
Nobel prize winning research has recently identified DNA which will lead to Humans living a very long time. Amazing developments will follow in years to come. But like most scientific discoveries it will take many years to benefit the average consumer. Some Baby Boomers in the meantime, are spending a fortune every year to look and stay younger. Those that can afford to. For the average consumer this
lifestyle choice is financially prohibitive.
Good news is it doesn't actually need to be so complicated. The first criticial step to living longer is practically sitting right under our noses. Drinking water. The important questions are however, what kind of water and how expensive is it going to be on a daily basis? Fortunately, we do not need to look further than the kitchen sink! Now as improbable as that may seem, it has become a simple fact of 'life'. Waterphysics® is very pleased to introduce its breakthrough range of water appliances. Designed to filter out all the harmful chemicals etc, but more importantly to restore the life giving force to water, that nature intended for our health and longevity. This is real water. A 'mineral spring right in your kitchen'.
It has long been understood that tap water, like natural water, contains an abundance of minerals. Calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium etc. However, the industrial processes of chemical treatment, pressure and friction from kilometres of pipes, diminishes the health value of these life critical
minerals in tap water, generally considered difficult for the body to process and absorb. But no longer. read about Waterphysics® and the science.
Water's role in Anti-Aging
2.5 liters of water are lost each day through normal bodily functioning, this obviously has to be replaced. That said, there are a number of considerations when deciding on the quality, content and structure of the water we consume. These then determine the body's capacity to function and adapt to life's daily rigours.

First, the kind of water we put in our body must be free of toxins and chemical substances which can accumulate and create destructive influences on cells. Plus, deliver available minerals and nutrients, required for cell metabolism, whilst at the same time promoting the conditions to remove acidic wastes.

Furthermore, since water is involved in every function of the body, it must also act as a conductor of electrochemical activity, such as neurotransmission, which involves moving water from one nerve cell to another smoothly and effectively. (Our brain has approx. 9 trillion cells and is 85% water)

Movement of water in the body, between cells (extracellular fluid) is caused by osmosis. ( fig.1) This is created by magnetic forces in the body, which keep this function in balance. As water flows, changes in pressure create movement across the cell membranes. Any changes to pressure will allow proteins, minerals and nutrients being carried by blood, to escape into spaces (fig 2) through these membranes
and deprive the cells of their vital needs for life.

When water in the blood is contaminated with chemicals for example, it can enter the cell and change the structure, which in turn can lead to changes in DNA. This is the start of disease. Acidity is another cause. Quality water therefore is a logical anti-aging tool - Waterphysics® an affordable solution for every home.

To further illustrate the role of water in anti-aging it is useful to reflect on the work of an early pioneer in the field of life extension. Twice Nobel Prize recipient, Dr Alexis Carrel. In the 1920's he set out to prove that living animal cells could potentially live forever. To demonstrate, he took embryonic chicken cells and set up an experiment that then controlled the environment they were being kept alive in. This involved balancing the amount of nutrients, oxygen, minerals etc, as well as the efficient removal of all cell wastes, to ensure that these cells would exist in an acidic - free environment.

In exactly the same way that blood serves as the delivery system to maintain the wellbeing of every cell in the human body, Dr Carrels's experiment was designed to extend the life of embryonic animal cells. Astonishingly, he kept these same cells alive for 28 years. Cells that otherwise would have perished in just days or weeks. The New York Times published an anniversary feature every year to mark this ongoing and extraordinary achievement. A lab error ultimately terminated the experiment but the indications were that the cells were in perfect condition and would have otherwise just carried on. Even though the nature of the experiment was governed artificially, or by human tinkering, the fact is, these cells lived for an extraordinary duration. Watch on video. How can drinking water help me lose weight?
                                                                   You might be very surprised.
LOST SECRET
The fact is, most of us don't drink enough water. Yet nature designed us to drink water, pretty much exclusively. Think about it. Humans have been evolving for a few hundred thousand years. It is only in the last 2 or 3 hundred years that our fluid intake has significantly deviated from the natural order. In this very short time we have lost the SECRET to drinking water and are just now 'returning to our senses'. The bottled water revolution testifies to this. For many though it's costly. WATERPHYSICS® is affordable for everyone and delivers a better product, right from the tap.
FAT METABOLISM
So what is the big secret to water and weightloss ? Well, here is the first factor, FAT METABOLISM. This is something the liver does when it converts stored fat into energy. Problem is, one of the liver's other duties is to pick up any slack on behalf of our kidneys. An important point because our kidneys are often water-deprived. This then basically lowers the liver's productivity. And herein lies the primary culprit. The unfortunate knock-on is that the liver can't metabolize fat as quickly or efficiently as it would if the kidneys were doing their job properly. And so, on goes the weight!

BREAKTHROUGH POINT

When you start drinking more water, in particular energised water, what begins to happen is that your brain starts to reorganise. The water that the body has been deprived of for perhaps all your life, becomes suddenly available to it. Up till this point the brain has delegated various parts of the body for storing water as ‘emergency reserves’. A kind of survival strategy, or drought management .
But as you continue to give your body more water, it slowly begins to let go of fluids from its emergency storage areas*. Guess what they might be!
Your ankles, hips and thighs, even around your belly! and this water retention shows on the scales.
*This is the “breakthrough point.” Where the brain feels secure enough with its new supply of quality water and begins to ‘let go’ of retained fluids.

EXCESS SALT

If water retention is a constant problem for you... excess salt may also be to blame! Your body will only tolerate sodium in certain concentrations. The more salt you eat, the more water your system retains to dilute it. But getting rid of unneeded salt is easy — just drink more water! As the water is forced through the kidneys, it will remove the excess sodium.
A POSITIVE SPIN-OFF
Finally, you could find your newly found energised water regime, is addictive   (a big positive).
You may have never drunk real water in your whole life. The same for your parents and grand
parents before you. Drinking water traditionally comes from the kitchen tap and you could be forgiven for not liking it! But dont worry, your body will wake up to the fact that there is something new about the water quality, once it gets a taste of the real thing. Especially if your body is overly acidic, (which is true for most of us with our modern diets), it may just well take up the cause and save you a fortune, as well as put you on the road to a healthier body. The spin off is that you'll probably drink a lot less fluids that contribute to weight gain. e.g. softdrinks. But it would also be true for example, if you are a tea or coffee drinker and take milk and/or sugar. You may sleep better, feel less lethargic and generally feel more alert or alive. This is a typical comment we often get as feedback from customers.
MANAGING INTAKE
There can be a problem though. As you decide to increase your water intake, you may be running to the toilet constantly. (to start with) This can be discouraging, and it can interfere with things at work. The key is to sip water regularly when you are at work or out and about. This way your body can manage the extra load without the inconvenience. Happily, Energised Water is more easily assimilated by the body, which makes the process that much more more do-able. You will need to ‘push’ your body to drink more initially but once it cottons on to what’s happening, it will start to reorganize and the whole thing get’s easier. Tip: Drink the larger quantities when you are at home eg early morning and evenings. Doctors recommend the average person should drink 8 8 ounce glasses a day. If you are over weight an extra 8 ounces for every 10 -12 kilos.

A DECREASE IN APPETITE
When you drink all the water you need, you may quickly notice a decrease in your appetite. If you're serious about becoming leaner and healthier, drinking water is an absolute must. If you are doing everything else right and still not seeing results, this might be the straw to break the camel's back In the article below, you will discover another reason why appetite will begin to decrease.

OK. That is part one of the weightloss story. Below, is a whole different aspect to weightloss, especially if it is difficult to get enough exercise.

Excerpt from WATERPHYSICS® Ibyte # Series. No.9 : ENERGISED WATER AND WEIGHTLOSS (part one). The human brain is the most complex structure known to man. Being the truly amazing organ that it is, working 24 hours a day, it is also a massive consumer of energy. It consists of approx. 9 trillion nerve cells and is 90% water. Twenty percent of all blood circulation is allocated to the needs of these cells and a whopping chunk of the energy (blood sugar) we convert from foods etc., is required to feed them.

Human physiology has not yet sufficiently transformed itself to accommodate the rapid
pace of change over the last hundred years or so. It still obeys programming suited to
a more ancient world. For example, our brain is working overtime at the office, in a stressful situation. The call goes out for a large amount of blood sugar to meet the demand. But in the process the brain still assumes this call for energy also involves lots of physical activity and so ends up producing and storing surpluses we won't use,
as fat. This is because only 20% of the food we consume actually reaches the brain. 80% is automatically allocated for elsewhere but unfortunately is not necessarily used
up as physical exertion. Thus weight gain is inevitable.
Besides some exercise, the solution to this particular problem can be met through drinking water. Here's why:
It relates to the brain's always urgent needs for hydration. Recent discoveries show that the brain has another source of energy other than blood sugar. It is a form of hydro-electricity' generated by water molecules passing through cell membranes and turning the equivalent of highly specialised turbines. This energy is then used by the brain's transport (nervous) system and supports the network to the rest of the body.
The brain is also constantly calling for water to support the work of its 9 trillion cells. But it will also send out calls for blood sugar, if its not getting enough water. So it is now sending two signals for energy. One for food (blood sugar) and one for water.
The problem with this is that in the modern world we have been weened away from drinking enough water, (which is endemic) and cannot discriminate
between these two signals when required. We confuse the signals of the body's constant need for water with those for food. In other words we confuse thirst signals with hunger signals and end up eating to satisfy thirst.
For weightloss it is deadly, because hydration is an almost constant need of the brain, let alone the body's other two trillion cells.
And from WATERPHYSICS® Ibyte # Series. No.10:

It has often been said that drinking lots of water 'stops you feeling hungry'. 'It makesyou feel full'. This is very true. the fact is, that when the brain's constant need for water is being satisfied, the need for blood sugar/energy is reduced. It is a matter of *training the brain to recognise that its needs for water are being met. With WATERPHYSICS® this message* is more efficiently transmitted. Eveything is working in closer accord with nature's design in us. Water is more readily recognised for what it's supposed to be. An energised fluid. The blood, in a higher state of organisation, carries out its duties with greater speed and effectiveness. In a nutshell, this water is easier to drink.
The body recognises this and makes the call. For many this will come easily. For some it is a matter of 'pushing the river' a little bit. After a while, it gets much easier. This is because the brain starts to tune in and bad habits get phased out in favour of more inherent and 'truer 'genetic responses. Plus many other benefits also kick in to assist in a general feeling of wellbeing. It is the 'addictive' factor. This greatly encourages the body to form new beneficial habits and the overall impact can often be a dramatic regulation in weight.

The actual weightloss strategy is very simple. Drink lots of water. Gradually increase intake at night and always drink plenty on starting the day. Try not to eat for at least an hour. Drink water before and after other meals. Soon you will get a liking for it and will drink more or less each day according to the way you feel. (If you have difficulty with holding water, constant sipping will work very well)
You won't just lose weight! All sorts of little things start to happen. Gentle detoxing will most likely occur at intervals and a feeling of extra clarity will begin to invade. Pretty soon you'll be a compiling your own Waterphysics story! see: www.waterphysics.com.au/feedback
A Revolution in Water and Health

Many of us understand our basic need to drink clean, healthy water. But what actually is healthy water, and why do we need it? We are over 70% water. All our biological functions including circulation, digestion, absorption, and excretion depend on water. Water is required for blood, the lymphatic system, and healthy skin and muscles. Doctors, scientists, researchers and natural healers all agree that drinking enough water on a daily basis can help maintain good health and likely help fight disease. Experts advise drinking 8 glasses or so of water a day to assist in maintaining healthy skin and properly functioning kidneys, bowels, and circulation.

So if we acknowledge that water is at the very foundation of good health then it stands to reason that the quantity and quality of the water we consume is going to determine the degree of our health into the future. It is so simple, yet as a society we are only just beginning to stand up and take notice of the facts. The recent growth of the bottled water industry certainly attests to this.

However, bottled water of whatever persuasion is not going to solve the fundamental economics for the average houshold. Our children need quality water and lots of it. The older we get, the more important it becomes also. Decades of neglect need to be unwound in so many of our adult bodies. The rise of the domestic water filter has certainly headed things in the right direction and provided a cost effective means for many households to enjoy a better standard of hydration. But not the whole nine yards. And a question remains. Why do so many of us struggle to drink water? For thousands of years it is has been the only source of hydration for humans. Many of our parents and their parents before them probably never drank water. Tea, coffee, soft drinks milk, cordials, juice etc have taken the lead for generations as a primary source of hydration.

Each of these play their part in our dietary balance of course, not to mention the enjoyment we derive from consuming them. However, if we care about the health of those we love and want to be healthy as possible into the future, then we have to take stock of the facts. We need to drink more water, plain and simple. All the medical science is pointing us in this direction.

Waterphysics has spent the best part of a decade trialing its products with some very thrilling results. Our goal was simple. Develop a range of products that any home could afford and which makes water healthier and easier to drink. No matter what, there is Waterphysics product to suit. We have even developed products for those who already own a water filter.

The best investment you can make is in your health. At Waterphysics we bring the means right to your kitchen and the
results speak for themselves. 'Smarter Water - It's easier to drink'.
